David Wood is the author of Around the World in 80 Rounds, a keynote speaker, and adventurer. While circumnavigating the globe en route from the southernmost to northernmost golf courses on Earth - Ushuaia, Argentina to Tromso, Norway - Wood relied on a wide array of conveyance. Trains, planes, cars, vans, buses, ferries, jeeps, two camels with extreme halitosis and one ornery elephant hauled Wood and his golf clubs to courses in 26 counties and over 60,000 miles. On this episode of the #WednesdayMatchPlay we will learn more about his travels, hear stories of his time away from home, and learn what is it like to play golf on some of the most remote golf courses in the world.
